Latest Sonex Log
Sonex 982 Sierra X-ray
Welcome to the home page for Sonex N982SX.
I’m Bob Meyers and I started building my Sonex Aircraft in October of 2006 at my home in downtown Chicago. At my current pace, I expect to have her flying in Spring (Summer?) October 2008 2009. Spring 2010.
I now have over 125 Sonex Logs documenting the construction of my Sonex. This page has been created as a quick index to these logs.  The logs are created in build order, but since I build a major section at a time, this index will help you find just the logs that are relevant to a particular section of the airplane.
Logs 1 through 8 are pictures only and will be reworked in the future to look like the Sonex Logs from 9 on, which have text descriptions that accompany the pictures.
I update the blog more often than this page, so links to the most recent logs are always on the blog. The link to the latest log always has the latest but there may be some logs posted after this page was updated that are no longer the latest, again, check the blog, If it has been awhile, there might be a note about delays.
Last update to this page - January 30,  2009  -  The Blog always has the latest news.
